李刚,男,1990年1月出生,河南南阳人;农业昆虫与害虫学博士,贵州大学特聘教授,硕士生导师。
2014年贵州大学农学院植物保护专业获学士学位;2019年西南大学植物保护学院农业昆虫与害虫防治专业硕博连读获博士学位; 2019.7-2021.7,贵州大学农学院植物保护博士后流动站博士后。2021年11月至今,贵州大学昆虫研究所,贵州大学特聘教授。
长期以蔬菜重要经济害虫(螨)作为研究对象,利用分子生物学手段揭示蔬菜害虫(螨)生长发育过程的蜕皮调控分子机制,挖掘害虫田间防控新靶标,构建害虫(螨)绿色防控体系。博士以来发表论文11篇(其中SCI收录10篇),以第一作者发表文章7篇。
研究领域:
以农业害虫(螨)作为研究对象,主要围绕生长发育过程调控机制开展如下工作:(1)利用高通量测序技术,挖掘害虫(螨)蜕皮过程的转录调控网路,非编码RNA等转录调控因子,揭示农业害虫(螨)生长发育过程中的转录调控分子机制;(2)构建RNAi防控害虫(螨)技术体系。
