常志敏，1986年2月生，河北邯郸人，博士，博士后，副教授，硕士生导师。

博士阶段主要从事蜡蝉总科瓢蜡蝉科、扁蜡蝉科分类及系统发育研究；开展了蜜蜂、熊蜂等传粉昆虫物种多样性、营养需求、授粉等方面研究。目前在《Zootaxa》、《Zookeys》、《Florida Entomologist》等杂志共发表论文30余篇。

获奖及荣誉：
贵州省第七届“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛优秀指导教师奖；贵州大学2021年度教学成果奖二等奖。

Mainly engaged in classification and phylogeny of the planthoppers in Issidae and Tropiduchidae；and research on the species diversity, nutritional requirements and pollination of pollinators such as bees and bumble bees. Published more than 30 papers in Zootaxa, Zookeys and Florida Entomologist and many other journals.
Research Interests:
1. Taxonomy and phylogeny of planthoppers；
2. Development and utilization of the pollinator, including honeybees and bumblebees.
